that's because you edit the script and broke it. (based on your post in the discord)
you removed key parts that make it work.

uhuu very few people have this issue.
this is a case of you only hearing about the people who have issues so it looks like a large percentage have issues.
Follow the guides on the forum, most people give up at the port forwarding steps... it works great!
make sure the server (the computer you are connecting to) has the correct time set and synced

lag is a MOSTLY a function of internet connection... connect to a server closer to you or try a faster internet connection to help with your ping.
lol i denied you nuthin!
i don't mind the picture at all, i was just pointing out the rules of plutonium and explaining why it was likely being reported.
i mean it violates rule number 1 of plutonium... so of course it is going to get reported.
you need to link your ownership of the game to your pluto account by linking your steam account to pluto. you can do that on the forums under your profile under settings Steam Games
If you see a heartbeat but not on the server list that means you have an IP/PORT forwarding issue. Either the settings in your router are no longer accurate (ie the port number or internal IP is now wrong) or your windows firewall incoming outcoming rules (which are also just the port number) are now wrong.

what is the path of your game files? You either selected the wrong folder or have broken/missing files in the folder you selected (assuming it's not the above issue)
I don't know if there is a new version... i'm guessing no if it's not on that github site. but i don't know for sure...
no, you don't have to recompile... plutonium will compile it for you on start.
what? this is a thread someone made asking for help on a broken script...
that's an old script and will likely need a LOT of changes to get working. that particular error means you need to change all the / to \ in all the folder paths (includes, etc). you can't do a search and replace though because you don't want to replace any of the //.
@NostalgicNetwork
what are you talking about? Plutonium Discord mods rarely ban anyone. They are pretty lenient when it comes to the tons of people that repeated break the rules and discuss forbidden topics...
I think you are confused with the couple of GAME servers that ban whenever they want for no reason... that happens a lot.
the sound aliases have new headers... if you are using an old mod, it probably has the old headers.
"bring back" is the wrong phrase here as Steam Deck was never a supported project. It was cool that players made it work but it would require changes to how the anti-cheat system works and since Steam Deck was never a device that plutonium was designed to work on, it's probably not a top priority.
@AlienDM a quick search of your discord chat history shows that you liked to break the rules and talk about piracy...
"piracy is cool..."
"i like how everyone pretends it's not free..."
"i didn't buy the game..."
etc
etc
It could have been that
or it might have been something else, the messages you seem to refer to about conspiracy type stuff may have also been erased... did you fight with the wrong person?
zRanox96 does it run correctly thru steam?
what is the full path of the directory?
and what is the error it tells you? You may have selected the wrong directory or have broken / missing files etc. Need more details to help!
