We do not give out the codes required for town as the CoD community has proven on several occasions that they cannot be trusted with potentially dangerous commands. You'll have to figure them out yourselves.
BO2 currently uses no login at all. If you've pasted your password in, hit space, then delete, then try the login button.

Try running Plutonium.exe as admin.
Interesting, I hadn't even noticed that, I'll bring it up with the team, however I can assure you that we send a very very tiny volume of emails. We won't notify you per email about every client update, however, major announcements may result in an email notification.

+1 on this
You must run Plutonium.exe, not the MW3 dedicated server. Make sure you select the correct folder in the Plutonium Launcher.
Currently, there is a bug with the launcher that will prevent you from changing your game folder location, so you have to manually fix that for now.
Go to your start menu and type run
Open this program, it will show a text box, in this text box type %localappdata% then press the enter key
It will open a folder in the explorer. Now locate the folder called plutonium
Right-click and delete that folder. Now when you launch the launcher again the setup button will be visible allowing you re-select your game folder.
Make sure you use your username to login! It's case-sensitive as well. You cannot use your email address to login at this time.

That's a workstation GPU not intended for gaming, you may not get acceptable performance using it. It should support DX11 for what I can see online, though, so make sure you're on your latest GPU driver. And we still need screenshots of those errors, or at least have them accurately written down.
Please screenshot the error, we need your PC specs as well.
Not sure what you mean? I can't spot any issue in the image you've posted.
This was found out and established during the early beta testing of T6. Plus this isn't the first time I've answered this question.
