bind f5 "r_lodbiasrigid -1000; r_lodBiasSkinned -1000"
but if its cheat protected you will need sv_cheats set to 1
r_lodBiasRigid and r_lodBiasSkinned are both saved in the players config and there for can't be modified by gsc. The reason it works on T6 is because of the fact the two dvars you are trying to modify are not in the players config.

Note that we actually dont allow reshade to be used on pluto and may lead to you being banned for using it. Just because you are not banned now does not mean it will be the same down the line.
you need to reinstall your copy of the game. People who had this issue also had tekno in their game files causing this exact issue as tekno does not use the latest version of the game and causes issues like this.

It was fixed for some time until we make bo2 pre-game lobby's work with other people being able to join before going into a map.
the reason why the cutscene is not working is because party_maxplayers is set to 8 still when you click on solo but you can close your party and set the player count to 1 for the max people allowed in the party and play custom games and it should play the cutscene.
