Open command prompt to that folder and type in StartServer.bat and see what it says

Oh you on drive d. So you need to right click on downloader file and edit your location line

Save the file. Run Downloader again

That issue seems to happen the first time. Try again or its a windows OS issue.

If you want to keep it all under one folder
Run Downloader.bat
Now Run StartServer.bat

Run Downloader
Now Run StartServer

That's normal then. Servers unstable at the moment so you will have that often. It's fixed on next upcoming update hopefully.

Just add this line on the end of your sd.cfg file.

 gts playerNumLives 0

Save the sd.cfg file and reboot your server.

Maybe Get better internet and hope you not using wi-fi.

Try a different port (4978) on your server or copy another game folder for your servers.

Make sure you not having the game folder installed on your desktop area. That is a very bad idea!

Awoke Have you try reinstalling your game?

I miss the good ol days of trash talking so would be nice suggestion to add back but low priority
