Validating your game file is an ineffective move against not purchasing and installing the DLCs.
The link Dss0 shared no longer has Torrent links so you will have to get the DLCs from another source (Steam store).

You are trying to load a compiled script, don't you see the message?
compiled_consols probably means that is a file for consoles, not PC BO2. Remove it.

The game is failing to create DirectSound play buffer. You probably are missing DirectX 9. Install it from here
