There's obviously something wrong with players ping at plutonium, at my server i should get 30 ping but i get 60 ping, where should i get 65-70 ping my ping never goes down that 100.

When you reset your class after unlocking all, you wont loose your extra custom classes and weapons camos still all unlocked but doesnt work.
Maybe publishing players where connect from will give idea to who wants to host servers?
also what about adding reset your progression button?
