Yeah it'll work with your steam copy, however if you don't own the dlcs on steam, run piry.exe in your steam bo2 folder and it'll download the dlcs for you. As for your problem, follow what I posted above ^^ Download the files and run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder

Make your classes through public game, not custom games. Custom games classes are for custom games.

Stuck on bootstrapper as in a complete blank cmd window or something's written in it but the game won't start? If it's the first case, your antivirus is likely causing it. Add pluto to exclusions or disable your antivirus.
