Resxt I just share you this if you can identify something or if it helps to solve the problem:

I tried another time clicking on solo play and this showed up
Sorry for the low quality images but i had to take photos from my cellphone because the error messages appeared for a really short moment and then they closed so it was difficult to screenshot them.

Note:If you really need a screenshot, it is really hard cause it inmediately closes after popping out the problem. if you can help me i would apreciate a lot. Also i can see there is a lot of red letters in the bootstrapper, indicating that something is missing but as i showed you the custom map file is completely fine and i downloaded it with no issues, and no interruptions.

Resxt Thats what I did with clinic of evil I installed the custom map by my own, play it on solo and the previous crash i showed you, popped out.

Heisenberg GM I pre installed a custom map in this case clinic of evil, and when clicked on solo play i got another error, this is so weird, i juts wanna play some zombies. other thing i can tell is that this only happens with the newer custom maps or mods, cause i can play with no issues very old custom maps like one of the simpsons or another very old of minecraft, everything is allright with the original maps but with others like clinic of evil i cannot play

Resxt Now i have done everything, update plutonium, put the game on windowed, and update all my drivers and windows, but when i try to connect to a public server on a custom map it starts downloading like it should do but then the game and the bootstrapper closes instantly and dont finishes to download the map, so then i got a corrupted or incomplete file of the mod and the game crashes when i try to launch the mod on solo, or play it on a public server

Resxt Hey friend, i understand if you dont answer cause i have this problem since a long time ago, but how do i update all my drivers not only the GPU ones?

Dss0 I executed the command and the dism completed the operation, i restarted the pc and still the error happens, dont know if there is other fix to this, i would appreciate it.

@Mr-MaPSaBino No mate, I made sure I have the requirements for this game and a decent graphic card, not the best but a good one

@Mr-MaPSaBino Mate, I did update Direct X and I got the same problem with that dll file, and is not that the dll file is missing, the error say other thing but related to ntdll.dll file

@Mr-MaPSaBino in that folder what do I open?

Yup, I even ran the redist installer,which updates directX right?

@Mr-MaPSaBino when you try to join a server with a custom map, if you dont have it downloaded already, it automatically downloads it when you try to join, so yes i got the mods already downloaded but when i click on the server and join, the error that says: "Plutonium crashed because of an exception caused by eternal software", appears.

I launch the game perfectly with plutonium, but when I want to join a server with a custom map or mod, it completely crashes and then I have to turn off my pc. i would thank a lot a response to sort out this problem. Also cannot add a screenshot because i cannot do anything after the crash forcing me to turn off the computer.
