You tried to evade your ban with other accounts which further the ban time. So at this point you have to wait the time you have left and don't create anymore accounts or else it will extend. After your ban you, don't cheat/hack again. You are lucky that you are given a 2nd chance to play, continue to repeat your offense will result in permanent ban.

Absolutely not. Like I said you download a shitty repack previously. As plutonium only provides clean files, you had some skidrow registry in your computer and messed up launching the game. I suggest you just stop pirating shitty repacks (especially skidrow) as they fuck with your registry. You have to reset windows because idk any other fix for this.

Well because you downloaded a shitty repack somehow for bo2 therefore having that problem. The only way to fix it is to uninstall any SKIDROW repacks/cracks or factory reset your computer.
