The anti-cheat has spoken. Nothing in your posts makes sense and we have clear logs of what happened. We can clearly see that it is not a false positive. We will not give you an unban or talk about your ban. Like I said earlier, making the same mistake again will lead to a permanent ban.

Anti-cheat bans are done automatically. Your second account got banned because our systems detect it as "trying to circumvent the ban" which is also explained in our anti-cheat policy. I checked the logs and they're not out of the ordinary, meaning you clearly cheated. Your appeal has been rejected and you will have to wait for your ban time to be over. Second ban will be permanent.

Means the port is not forwarded or UPnP failed. Either UPnP needs to succeed or the game port needs to be forwarded.

You started a cheat on the main menu, you were unable to join a server and rebooted your game within 5 minutes. You then got the "you're banned" message. This was on the 4th of November. It is now the 11th of November, your ban time should expire today. If you still have ban time remaining it means that you have attempted to circumvent the ban. Nothing about your story is truthful. Next ban will be permanent.

This is a VERY LOW priority for us as the dedi runs fine on wine. It adds barely any value for Plutonium to natively support dedicated servers. This is not a feature that is gonna be implemented anytime soon.

Because it isn't addressed in the anti-cheat policy. The anti-cheat policy contains information about when you get banned for cheating and how long the ban will be. It is common sense that you should not cheat. If you have to inject something into your game, you're doing something wrong.

We're not obligated to unban you either, and I am glad that you are no longer able to play especially after getting banned for cheating twice. I don't get it, why would you make the same mistake again after you've already been banned once?

Means you cheated 2 times. You cannot appeal to your ban. Second anti-cheat ban is always 1000 years.

Resetting your password on the forum does not trigger a ban.

Plutonium is not supported on Windows 7. If you have any issues running Plutonium on Windows 7, you will not get support by us. Upgrade to Windows 10, Windows 7 does not get updates anymore.

And besides that, you even killed him before the end of the match and he was just playing normally.....

If you look at the scoreboard you can see that he got 25 kills and 21 deaths.

Your video does not indicate cheats. If you look at the killfeed, he made 1 kill and he also got killed one time. If you simply just move your mouse like a retard you get the same effect.

I just got the same report for someone else, we will be looking into the issue. For now, I recommend joining a public server with your friends. We're a bit busy with the tournament at the minute. This issue will be resolved before next weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Set zombies_minplayers to 2 on the host. If you are hosting a dedicated server, put it in the config. If you are playing private match, enter zombies_minplayers 2 in your console before starting the game.

Means your game is outdated. Your game is from before the version check was implemented, so it can't properly read out your game's version due to a bug. Run the game through plutonium.exe to update it. ALWAYS use plutonium.exe to start the game.

Not being able to play Plutonium when you run Windows 7 shouldn't be your biggest concern. The OS receives no security updates anymore and gets more vulnerable to attacks every day. Keeping your PC up-to-date is very important, especially if it is connected to the internet.
