Few of the commands you've shown are built-in (give and cg_thirdPerson), others are scripts so you'd need an equivalent script in Plutonium

One easy way to do what you want would be to have chat commands such as !addpoints me 5000, to then bind this chat message to a key with bind M "say !addpoints me 5000"

I do have some of the commands you want already made, and some others you'd need to implement them which can be done easily creating a dedicated chat_commands individual script for each command, as I've done on my repo

Last thing, toggles such as cg_thirdPerson you can have the same result with a single bind bind M "toggle cg_thirdPerson 0 1", so you just press once to turn it on and again to turn it off

You can use any number up to 200 with no issues. Above 200 might provide issues, not sure if it's all games but unless your monitor hz is above 200 don't think you should want FPS above that

You have to edit the default classes in the DSR file directly (Notepad) to make them be used by the game, otherwise it defaults to regular infected loadout. Of course you need to load it as well after that

Change 0 to 1 in gameOpt defaultClasses.axis.[0].class.inUse "0" and infected should use your class (none as weapon is no ammo USP)

gameOpt defaultClasses.axis.[0] is the regular infected and gameOpt defaultClasses.axis.[5] is the initial infected it seems

You can also edit survivor with gameOpt defaultClasses.allies.[0].class.weaponSetups.[0].weapon "iw5_pp90m1" (don't forget to switch inUse to 1) here too

GateDiggers most if not all mod menus are host only
You need to give it to them manually in the players section of the menu, if it's there

MS Store is a different version of the game, it won't work for BO2

spc.1 this was not an actual custom map, it's just GSC scripting to place stuff, and retexturing, which has always been possible. There's no actual new models, new weapons or any new map really since it's stuff put on top of an existing map

The URL in the CFG needs to serve a page where the relevant folders are presented (usermaps, mods etc), you don't directly serve the usermaps folder for example

Plutonium is a client that goes on top of the games to improve them
No one owes you ANYTHING, this is a free project and will always be free
