@Ancyte you could get away with IW4MAdmin and a decent word filter I think, like said above most people aren't gonna bypass the filter much

No, there is not a list based on who bans X or Y chat interaction anywhere
The immense majority of people either don't care or disable the chat
I recommend that you play on servers then switch when you're offended or simply disable the game chat and play in peace, this is COD

You don't have to replace existing emblems, you can just rename the file to 2#emblem, 3#emblem etc to store it another slot and have several available at the same time I'm pretty sure

Close the game and launcher, delete the 18409 folder in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\demonware
Backup the folder somewhere just in case.
Then start plutonium.exe and boot up MW3. You should be level 1 with nothing
