@DR-qnda In the meantime if you want a temporary solution you can either join public servers or use RadminVPN and play in LAN mode with your friends but keep in mind that's a temporary solution that's not ideal although it works

imendezr Plutonium is not a cracking group so "prices are high" isn't an argument to make them work on a game for several months especially to get it shut down within a few months after release.
A client is not a way to play the game for free. Plutonium just did it but it could be removed at any time since it's not what a client is for at all. For example SM2 requires people to buy MW2 because their goal, just like most of the clients is not to provide free games. Months/years of work have been put into this and considering this a "free crack" is almost an insult to everything that has been done..
Just search for "BO3" and you'll see hundreds of answers even some recent and I'm pretty sure the staff didn't change their mind within 3 days.

@DR-qnda I think that UPnP has been changed with the recent update so yes it could be an issue but I really don't think port forward is impacted by this. Your port forwarding rule looks correct, I just don't know if Remote Host should be 0.0.0.0 but idk

@DR-qnda you have to make sure the IP is your PC local IP. Also make sure there are no firewalls blocking the connection. Note that some antivirus like ESET have built-in firewalls that will block game hosting by default.
To be clear port forwarding will not enable UPnP, you don't need UPnP enabled to make things work.
Also the routers IP are local IPs so only people on your router can see and interact with them so no need hide them.
phase19 you don't run this command on servers and I'm talking about private match I mentioned it clearly so I don't see how it's different? Maybe we have different versions or something but I very clearly said I'm talking about private match not servers
phase19 well I did for several months. I just start my game, start a private match, press N to open the Bot Warfare menu and procced to spawn bots and play.
Maybe try adding your set mod line at the bottom of the plutonium.cfg found in the players2 folder in your game files
andresito_20 You need to find a provider on the internet like Contabo for example then you either buy the easy more expensive Windows version or the Linux version that is cheaper but requires more knowledge and time
