How to remove the fire effect staying on screen?
Open the console and type /r_flamefx_enable 0

It was implemented due to popular demand. I don't remember aim assist being that bad on Plutonium. From my past experience the aim assist is just an assist it just makes it easily playable for everyone with a controller without being overpowered that's the only thing I can say. Maybe someone else will know more or a staff can give more explanations to this

Nevetsky are you 100% sure that double clicking doesn't work while single click > connect on the exact same server works? This should do the same thing so I doubt that is your issue.

This can happen if the mod you have is broken (this sometimes break when you download from servers directly) so I'd recommend removing the mod or the mods that you downloaded by joining a server and installing them manually instead so that it will skip the download part when you'll join the server. Also note that you shouldn't have mods in the Activision mods folder.

Tqhr you mean GSC scripts? Afaik they need to be updated to the latest Plutonium version by their creator

If that doesn't work try updating your GPU drivers and installing all the redists provided in the game files then restart your PC and try again

BrokenTwiceX You can't join yourself with your public IP because you're in the local network, that's normal. The only thing that tells you if your server is working or not is whether people outside of your network can see your server and join it

jojo123 you can't play in offline. You have to be logged in and using internet even if you want to play singleplayer in LAN. They kept the idea of having offline mode somewhere on their mind but it's not planned for now afaik.

If none of this work maybe playing in windowed borderless could stop your game from crashing.

Could be that you have a software with an overlay that crashes the game, or you're using ReShade so uninstall that or one of your PC plugged in device is crashing the game (VR headset, controller, other monitors etc.)

Also take time to read the antivirus guide.

If none of this work then include the crashdump files (upload to Google Drive or similar and send the link here)

Go to %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\players and open the config file with the notepad to edit it. Make sure your game is closed before saving!
(plutonium.cfg is for singleplayer/zombies, plutonium_mp.cfg is for multiplayer)
Change these 4 values like this (you can use ctrl+f to search for it):

seta r_fullscreen "0"
seta r_noborder "1"
seta vid_xpos "0"
seta vid_ypos "0"

You can also change your resolution manually from there for example for 1920x1080 screens:

seta r_mode "1920x1080"

GenioMaher the torrent links are either direct downloads or Google Drive links so if they don't work for you that's an issue with your browser. You either have extensions blocking stuff or strict browser settings or you're just using a bad browser like Brave or Opera. Switching to a classic browser is a temporary fix (Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.)
