In Plutonium's case there are seeders so it's on your end. Your ISP might be blocking torrents. Use a paid VPN that supports torrenting or buy the game

BartOctane I'm hosting an EU Bot Warfare server with normal difficulty found to be close to average players and I never saw people spawn killing bots so maybe the server you're talking about has a low difficulty? Lmk if you're interested in joining the server.

To answer your question I'm not sure if you can host a custom game with this mod but you can host a private dedicated server for sure. You don't even need a VPS or anything. I can help you with the setup if you want.

ThisIsntRoblox Okay then you have missing/broken files so as said above repair your game in Steam. Note that if you created a Steam folder yourself and the game doesn't come from Steam this is where your issue comes from. Make sure to get files from Steam or provided torrent. Other sources have a high chance of not working and we cannot really help with that

BioKeks if you're scared of your ISP/country laws either use a paid VPN that supports torrenting or buy the game then. Any other concern like "torrent gives malware" is pure bullshit

JustCoopz This issue can be caused by outdated GPU drivers so try updating your drivers first. Restart your PC then try launching Plutonium again, the issue should now be resolved. If this doesn't work, r_fullscreen 0 followed by vid_restart in the external game console window should do the trick.

If this still doesn't work try to run this redist installer. Once it installed everything restart your PC and try again.

If you press Windows + R and paste %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\ you should get in the Plutonium folder. Once there if there is no mods folder just create it and move your mods there.

AmphibiuZ You mentioned it. Games like GTA and Fortnite don't have a few passionate people working on it, they have thousands of people paid for it that's a very big difference. If you were a software developer you wouldn't question their choice. Plutonium didn't choose to not include Windows 7. They just chose to not waste time on every features of the client just to make the game playable for 5% of people who have a bad computer or don't want to upgrade and keep an outdated OS with big security and compatibility issues.

If you look at most of the projects done by passionate people they don't support Windows 7 because no one wants to support it but GTA and Fortnite devs are paid for it.
