MajimaGoro On your router the IP you want to port forward on should be your PC local IP found by going in a command prompt and typing ipconfig

likeajoshface If nothing comes from the install then you're doing something wrong or have weird settings. You can always open the exe installer with an archiver like 7-Zip to grab the map inside yourself and move it directly to the Plutonium mods folder

likeajoshface Your mods have to be in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods to be playable on Plutonium. By default the exe installers installs the maps in %localappdata%\Activision\CoDWaW\mods so move them in the correct directory.

Also what is your antivirus? You could try repairing your game check the docs

Pythagorion make sure you don't have any firewall or third party tool blocking the connections or that the port/IP didn't change. If you're using a VPS maybe you can contact their support to see if they have any idea if this could be a change on their side or something

Volvo You need to use a software to play with Playstation controllers outside of Steam. There are several that works fine, ScpToolkit is the one I personally used for years until I got my Dualsense. If you get it just make sure to get the latest beta version (the first on in releases)

VictorTmelo_ To add to what has already been said the only way to get banned by Steam is if you try to actually fake your license (try to trick Steam into thinking the DLCs are in your library) but having some files in your game won't even be detected by Steam. Basically the game will start, see that you don't own the DLC and won't even bother scanning for DLC files so there is no risk at all.

xIAMZAK World at War is an old game I don't think there's a fix to this due to how old the engine is. Just play in windowed borderless and you'll be good
