Obviously torrenting files you don't own is illegal in every country but torrenting files you own is legal in normal countries so it's up to you. If you're really scared you can buy the game or use a paid VPN that supports torrenting.

GhostMW There is no "vote" no one ever said a new game was coming. No new game is planned + BO3 probably won't ever happen because there is not a single reason why we'd need a client for it.

Looks pretty useless to me. If you meet them in-game chat with them in-game plus most of the servers have private messages

BO1 already has a client so there's no point in creating another one.

AnonCharbs To add to what Xerxes said: servers are not run by Plutonium and the staff won't interfere with them in any way so if someone is annoying you or other players on a specific server then as Xerxes said report them on this particular server by using a report command if there's any (you can check list of commands with !help or !commands, sometimes it's . instead of !) or go on their Discord for this.

LBacon Maybe outdated GSCs or broken GSC files. Try to clear all your GSCs, start your game and if everything is working fine reinstall them one by one to see what could be causing the issue. Make sure to re-download them from their topic to get the latest version.

Keanove Could be an issue with either something plugged in your computer (VR headset, controller, monitor etc.) or a software with overlay (Discord, Rivatuner, GeForce Experience etc.)
Also on a side note, just in case, what's your antivirus?

skywa3rbzf You either installed the game from another source which is not supported or have broken/missing files. If that's the case repair your game. Also next time take time to check the forum. The solution to your issue is in the FAQ & Common issues Plutonium T6 topic.

@Just_Beerus Everything you need is in the install guide. We can't explain it one by one for every single person who doesn't want to take time to read it. If you're stuck on a specific step then explain your issue.

Teplru This might help. If you're using Web Root/McAfee/Bullguard you'll have to uninstall it. If it's another one then we recommend adding exclusions. Follow the instructions on the link.
