You can thank the person that first cheated on GeForce NOW. In order to prevent other people who attempt to use the service from being collaterally banned, we had to remove the ability to play on it.

Microsoft does not support Windows 7, and nor do we. In order to play Plutonium, you need to be running Windows 10 x64.

As per the Dedicated Server Guide, you will need to port forward 27016. This will allow others players to connect to your private match session, or dedicated server (if you later decide to go down that route).

You should be able to use the resetstats command in your console. If that does not work, you can go to %LocalAppData%\Plutonium\storage\demonware, and select the folder not called 18397, as that one is for T6. Deleting that will reset your stats back to default.

If you just want to play with friends, you can start a private match and have them connect to that. If your router supports UPnP, you can use that to automatically open the required ports. If not, you will have to manually port forward, which is outside the scope of this forum.

If you purchased the game on Steam, you are able to play SP. We have no intentions of ever supporting SP.

If I had to place a guess, it is because your router does not support NAT reflection, and your friend is trying to connect via UPnP, which attempts to connect via your public address. Since you are on the same network, you can use the game console to manually connect via the IP. For future reference, please refrain from hijacking other threads, as it can cause useful information like this to be more difficult for others to find, as the topic does not match the answer.

Well, seeing as if you are in LAN mode you can only play with people who directly connect to you, no you will not get banned for it.
