Are you talking about the base game, or the launcher? To uninstall the base game, simply uninstall it from Steam. The launcher can be uninstalled by first deleting the executable itself, then by deleting the "Plutonium" folder located in %LocalAppData%.

As long as you obtained the files from either Steam or using Piry, then you can be assured that it is a false positive. If you obtained the files from some other source, then I would recommend re-obtaining the files as per the readme, as we cannot guarantee the validity of the files, or if they are up-to-date.

If you purchased the game on Steam, you are able to play SP. We have no intentions of ever supporting SP.

As per the Dedicated Server Guide, you will need to port forward 27016. This will allow others players to connect to your private match session, or dedicated server (if you later decide to go down that route).
