I can't start the plutonium game.

I wish I could select the plutonium file somewhere else, not just within appdata.
And the folder name doesn't have to be "Plutonium"
I'm hoping it can power up an older version of Plutonium.

This window appears after startup

I hope to use the game accelerator，everyone region different ping value too high will be used to get out of the server. I want to be happy in plutonium
If not, please tell me why.

My computer doesn't run as smoothly on Windows 10 as Windows 8.1, so I want to use Windows 8.1 to open a server
