Hello, Your stats etc are stored in %appdata%/plutonium which I assume was on your SSD (as it's part of Windows) so there is likely no way to recover them.

@Malk0lm I don't have any crash dumps, just from the ones when I first downloaded it because i missed a file but it doesn't say anything when it crashes, the game just closes and i have to restart it

Not at the moment, it's on the bug list, just not too high in priority.

If you're connecting to EU based servers, then yeah your ping sounds about right. Vex server is pretty good for USA.

I've moved your thread to the support section, please post in the correct section in future. This is normally caused by a firewall problem, who is your ISP? As a workaround: Just keep trying to open the launcher and eventually it will let you in.
