"Desktop" is not a folder that contains your Modern Warfare 3 files like the guide explains. Take your time to read the install guide. If you have no idea what to do then just do exactly as it says. You download MW3 and tell the launcher where MW3 is, not your desktop or another folder, MW3

@Quandale-_dingle so that's a game issue not launcher? Which game? Just put your game at the right resolution then?

Make sure you don't have any 3rd party firewall blocking Pluto (bitdefender, bullguard, etc). Try changing DNS https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10 or use a VPN.

It means exactly what it says, google how to find kaspersky's quarantine section. Kaspersky puts suspicious files inside that quarantine and the files stay there until the user decides what to do with it - purge it or restore it. Restoring it will restore the file and adds some exclusions to it. However since manual exclusions aren't really working, I doubt that'd work too, but you're free to try.

@Dss0 I don't have any antivirus installed, I turned off the windows defender firewall to see if it worked but the problem continued
