Let it download and install everything and once it says it's done restart your PC and you'll be good. If this still doesn't work you can use the links given above

@Rosethyname next time upload a screenshot of the error instead it's easier to read. The error says the file is being used by another process so you either have something accesing it like a cloud syncing program (for example OneDrive) or your antivirus is messing with it so follow these instructions https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/
