@NukZeus First, try to open the game, then (assuming your game doesn't launch), go into your Windows settings, go to Virus & threat protection, from there go to Protection history, click on the most recent and look at "Affected items:" and you should see something similar to "file: C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin\plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe" as long as you see plutonium-bootstrapper it's what you're looking for, click on actions, click allow, press yes to the pop up, and your game should work. This is my personal experience, as in, this worked 10 minutes ago, so you shouldn't have any issue.

@k5set That's a problem with your antivirus. Go to quarantine, restore that file or you could add pluto as well as %localappdata%/Plutonium to exclusions and launch Pluto as admin again, does the same thing.

Try some other browser. Also look at your downloads tab if its just blocked as a harmful app, click Keep Anyway.

What's the path to your bo2 folder? Can you paste it here? Make sure there's no special characters in your path.

Do you have msi afterburner/rivatuner statistics or any other similar overlays running in the background? If yes, close them or disable them and try launching Pluto again.

@Dariencass2102 @samuca33445 Some pluto related process is running in the background, check task manager and end them. Regardless if you can't find the process, just restarting your PC works too.
