Unpinning the launcher from my task bar, then opening it fixed the issue for me. Having it pinned wasn't allowing it to update itself.

Thank you, I copy it and paste it to the folder but when I press select drive it is not there it shows up for a split second and goes away and if I pull up the folder outside plutonium it is there.
