First offense is 7 days, so you're lying, obviously. You did try to evade. Plus tampering with game files/installing a mod won't ban you, however injecting into the game will.

Use DS4Windows
Install the first driver when it prompt you to do so
When installed and your ocntroller is detected, edit the current profile
go to other and in there, make sure an Xbox controller is emulated
finally, enable controllers ingame
