That means your system keeps deleting bootsystem 32 or wutever it called, u can see it on the win+r and then search ' %localappdata% '
search in the files just scroll down plutonium file and delete the whole thing, re download the the app plutonium and before u starting it up, restart your pc and i hope that will work

xIAMZAK World at War is an old game I don't think there's a fix to this due to how old the engine is. Just play in windowed borderless and you'll be good
