So to fix this, stop the t4 torrent if you have that still seeding.
Then restart your pc, then delete plutonium.new that should fix things.

Your game files are damaged. Re-install the game files.

You defo deleted the folder in AppData right? Not anywhere else. I also restarted my PC but I'm pretty sure clean installing the client is what fixed it
