iJT as said above you're missing DirectX so you should install that, link above is the official one.
To make sure this doesn't happen again with other redists you can also run this https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat which will install all the required redists all at once (DirectX included)

Exonn if you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/..) disable them. The crash is inside pluto's code so a dev would have to take a look at it.

What where you doing when the game crashed? Which map and game mode where you playing? Do you have any mods installed? Do you have any DirectX overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/..)? upload the .dmp file mentioned in the error message to google drive and post the link here.

@Dyoste where is your game folder located? Try running the launcher as admin.

update: fixed it by repairing my installation. maybe something improperly downloaded and was causing weird issues. anyway, thanks for the help!

fruitwhore you are prolly looking at the correct location. It's %localappdata%/Plutonium/crashdumps.
