You probably have some firewall blocking Pluto (check your antivirus). Try restarting your router, and spamming refresh a few times. Also reset your serverlist filters.

He's talking about the folder, not the file. Gonna assume you atleast ran that torrent file, and if that's the case, the pluto_t6_full_game should be in your Downloads folder (that's the default location if you didn't specify the path).

@Vaillant Note that bad antiviruses like WebRoot will completely ignore your file exclusions and will still work even if you turn them off. I recommend reading the antivirus guide and mentioning your antivirus name here

@SuperMangoHN install directx from the redist folder in the game folder.

@scar_ the main thing i want to solve is that i want the same fov and sens in and outside of the ads, normally the ads is more zoomed in and the sens is a bit slower and it feels weird, in mw3 plutonium everything works fine but in bo2 it resets

thank you for helping me, but i got another issue, i moved my games folder in another one and now the launcher show the play but when i click it, it says it cannot find "binkw32.ddl" (sry for my english btw i'm french) edit : found a solution i just selected the wrong folder

the aim assist that is currently in the game is not over powered if you are good on mouse and keyboard you would have zero issue's plus idk where you guys are getting that its like a massive advantage its really not if you could always make your own server with aim assist disabled. but as stated if you are good on mouse and keyboard you should have zero issues not to mention you should always win long-medium gun fights anyways there is no when they ads they snap to you there aim just gets slowed down just like how the old cods used to be this is 1 to 1 the aim assist of black ops 2 back in the day. we are not going to mess with it but as stated if you feel like you dont want to play against these people play on a server or make your own server with aim assist disabled.

@PsyShi you just download the DLC somewhere and move the files into your BO2 installation. Basically just follow the instructions given

@Vezorr Search for "black screen" in here https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/9/faq-common-issues-plutonium-t6 this should solve your issue. If that doesn't work try updating your GPU drivers and installing all the redists provided in the game files then restart your PC and try again
