    @ghostlylocust Make sure your launcher is the latest version (you can check that by looking at the filesize, latest one is 4123KB), if it's not download it from here: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe. Download this https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download extract it to any location (you can delete it afterwards) and install all redist's and directx (dxsetup.exe in the directx folder). follow this video guide https://streamable.com/5giauo. run the launcher as admin.

    @Santivs7 a few things you can try: install all redist's from the redist folder in your game folder redownload the launcher from here: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe follow this video guide on how to exclude the pluto clientfiles from scanning in win. defender: https://streamable.com/5giauo go to windows security -> app & browser control -> exploit protection -> exploit protection settings turn off "randomize memory allocations (Bottom-up ASLR)" [image: f96ecc6b8835d4e5eeb5bd41254fda0a.png]

    @luigistyle Essentially the game just freezes and the zombies theme continues to go on, nothing happens, no error codes, nothing it just freezes, this also happens in multiplayer when I select create a class, I do not know what to do
