Bro what message? We keep telling you to screenshot it or atleast specify the full thing correctly but you don't do it.

Also for clarification he installed directx right? Also did he add Plutonium to his AV's exclusions?

Antivirus. What AV does your friend use? Did he exclude %localappdata%/Plutonium like the guide says to?

It has windows antivirus (the basic one) and if I understand correctly it has to delete the plutonium file from% localeappdata%?

He doesn't have to delete it, rather add it to exclusions https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/#how-do-i-fix-this-windows-defender

Ask him to run the AIO runtime tool (https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/) and restart his PC. If that doesn't work, try launching CMD as admin and typing this- dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth.

Once its done, restart your PC. Also make sure he downloaded bo2 from our forum/docs and not some other 3rd party repacks site.

If he added Pluto to exclusions and ran the runtimes tool, he shouldn't be having that issue anymore. You didn't follow the instructions correctly.
