Then, abruptly, due to XLabs receiving a cease and desist notice, the Plutonium project had to respond. While it is necessary to establish proper protocols, should Activision choose to take action against Plutonium, they possess the capability to do so effortlessly. This is contingent upon the game being both free and in violation of regulations for an extended period. Personally, I had to acquire the game today, as an owner of five BOII servers. Despite the cost being 25€, it remains a substantial amount that may be beyond the means of certain individuals, such as young gamers or parents facing financial hardship towards the month's end. In my view, implementing an audit could potentially lead to a decline in the Plutonium player base, consequently pushing them towards failure.
