90% of the cases here and in discord are related to pirated versions of the game. The last 9.9% comes to a broken windows installation or a mis-configuration of the same windows. So the main answer it is, and it will be “get the steam version of the game.“

La mayoría viene buscando lo mismo, y si viene entiendo que no todo el mundo puede o tiene intenciones de pagar el juego.
Pero cuando tenga algún error, tené en cuenta que no va a ayudarte a no ser que cuentes con la versión de steam.

Seguí las instrucciones del foro. Si tenes todos los archivos bajados desde steam, no tendrías que tener ningún problema.
Pluto verifica que los archivos sean legítimos y borra todo lo que puede causar conflicto.

A long time ago, I’ve read it that a player got banned just for having rivatuner opened while he was playing. I’m note sure if that is true, because I always play with rivatuner open.
What I can tell, is that you got banned, because a software have had tried to read and write in to the game memory.

Use the steam version and you will not have any issues. Here will no-one help you if you have a prated version of the game. From what I can see, most of the people that got the same error also have the same pirated game version. I would suggest trying with a different version or just buy it on steam.
