Luego de ahí hacen click en "archivos de instalación" Y le dan a "verificar la integridad"

Y, eso es un problema, ya que desde hace un tiempo vienen avisando que vas a tener que tener una copia legal de juego para poder jugar.

Si le das a seleccionar carpeta, tal cual esta y te tendría que dejar jugar.
Por las dudas en el mismo launcher dale a opción "Verify Ownership"
Y por si eso no funciona, intenta reparar el juego desde steam.
Si el juego no es legal, no vas a recibir ninguno tipo de ayuda acá.

When I open WAW it closes. I've tried to delete Plutonium and redownload it but, it doesn't work. Also the resolution is buggy.xxxUnkn0wnxx
Go to Steam, then do right click on the game, go to properties, then do a click on the option “Installed files”. And finally click the option “verify integrity of game file”

Yes, there is kinda normal on those servers. Which are run by the same person. There is, I think, just one owner/admin. If you are too good for him, you will go to get banned. Maby you can try to talk with the owner, however is possible that you ended up with a ban on his discord.
My advice it would be best to play on another server. You will get better alone. -

Hola buen día, como te dijeron arriba no hay muchas soluciones al respecto.
Preguntar por ese tipo de cosas acá, puede resultar en un ban... Lo mejor es que lo compres o uses "steam family sharing" con algún amigo o familiar. Puede que en algún lugar de google encuentres el juego completo... Pero si no te funciona acá no te van a poder ayudar ya que la respuesta más común es "Reparalo desde steam"
Por otro lado tarde o temprano van a implementar de manera obligatoria el steam sync, dejando sin poder jugar a todas las personas que no tengan una copia legal.
El mejor consejo es compralo cuando este en rebaja, suele estar simpre al 50 % 5 veces en el año o más. -

Hola, depende de que juego quieres jugar...
En cualquier caso lo primero es bajar la versión de call of duty quere (mw3, bo1, bo2, waw)
El único logar que te recomiendo es Steam (comprar lo juego o a través de steam family sharing)
Acá no vas a encontrar otra forma de jugar, después solo queda bajar el cliente y entrar.

Ya que no fomentan la piratería, para bajarlo tenes que usar steam (comprar el juego obviamente)
Podes buscar en google sino, pero no te van a ayudar en caso de que tu copia del juego no sea legal. -
