Also when exactly does this error occur?

A few general things you can try are:

• Repairing your game files
• If you have a avermedia capture device unplug it
• If you have a vr headset plugged in unplug it
• Updating your graphics drivers
• Making sure the game uses your dedicated gpu if you're using a laptop with dual gpus
• Pluto does not work in virtual machines in case you're using one

Well idk what to tell you.. i just set up a fresh win8.1 installation. Installed all windows updates + .net 4.7.2 and the launcher worked instantly.

Try installing all updates and also try this:

1. search for cmd via the start menu
2. right click command prompt -> run as administrator
3. run this command:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

after it's done restart your pc

Pls post a screenshot of the entire error message.

Try:

• verifying your game files via steam
• updating your gpu drivers
• verifying your directx installation, simply download and run this
• making sure the game uses your dedicated gpu in case you're using a laptop with dual gpus

You are launching plutonium.exe right? The file you downloaded from our website when first installing pluto. Don't launch "plutonium-launcher-win32.exe" directly, it may have pinned itself to your start menu.

You're not supposed to download individual dlls, that won't fix it. The launcher should now auto install missing redists when you start it so that link to "aio runtimes" was removed.
Which version of windows are you on? If you're on win10 did you make sure it's version 1607 or later?
Did you also try excluding pluto from scanning in your av software?

The ban message clearly tells you not to try and evade the ban.
Wait for 21 days.

It's re-downloaded as soon as you start the launcher. You will need to exclude the file or the entire folder from scanning in bitdefender settings.

Anything in the iw4madmin logs? (Logs subfolder)
Did this work before or is it the first time setting up iw4ma?
Is your server running on the same vps and can it be joined?

Did you load the mod via the "mods" menu before loading the map?

Not yet, still only private match and server-side recording. But no connection between servers and clients to transfer recordings.
