I see what you mean, and I do believe that because doppelganger vision's resembles a somewhat yellow idea, that the perk shader also be yellow. It also makes sense actually when you realize it breaks the list of
Juggernog and Vulture-Aid (2 Red)
Speed Cola and Mule Kick (2 Green)
Tombstone and PHD (2 Purple)
Electric Cherry and Quick Revive and Who's Who (3? Blue)
So all in all, I like that you did that.

I recommend using this application (7-ZIP) to open zip files for not only me but a whole lot of other folders with the extension of .7z: https://www.7-zip.org/
I would've created the file in .zip, but it passes the maximum limit of space, so .7z was my next best idea, if you're frustrated, sorry again.
Cool mod I forgot to say, looks remastered. Who's Who also looks more special just because it's a different color, almost like an upgraded version (regular Who's Who with an extra ability).

Yeah when I made perk shader mods, the fact that Who's Who and Electric cherry aren't "specialty_zombies_whoswho" and "specialty_zombies_grenadepulldeath" confused me for the while before eventually finding out they were in their own catagories.

You'd be good with sensor grenades as I recommend it. It's a way to see threats before you meet 'em.
You'd probably need to change resolution to fit the initial one (in this case 720p).
You also want to make sure you convert the video to WEBP and the frame rate is 30.
That's just what I believe is what works.

This would definitely be a good idea for large maps like TranZit, especially at Town or Farm. Imagine being out of ammo, but you got a weapon that's like "This gun sucks really badly, but I'm at town, and I'm out of ammo too."
I agree. I feel as though everyone is just playing for either extreme mods like the popular servers of OX, or is playing Survival or the same maps all the time.
I don't know why it's hard to find either a normal match (no mods), or even a grief server.

As far as I know, you can only use the one you've created and making a new emblem overwrites your current one with nothing that can be done to revert it.
I haven't seen an actual folder whether in the game or T6 file folders that talk anything about emblems, again afaik.

Maybe it changed for Zombies? Because there's two categories for these specific options. I think it was called MultiplayerPopulateButtons and ZombiePopulateButtons or something, but I know that you should see the choices like "Options, Theater, etc" twice instead of once.
Also if you're doing this for BO2 Steam (no plutonium), I don't know how to modify the main menu
