@RedxSkull I guess that one possibly official way to look at it then, being the case that I generally on a day-to-day basis find people on rank 1 not knowing as much as a gameplay mechanic of the map.

If i remember correctly this will work mostly but still be inaccurate since the game by default tracks the percentage wrong. I remember this cause Jbleezy when coding this into his mod had to re-code the entire thing since it gets horribly inaccurate values when starting and stopping. So just know this might work but probably isn't completely accurate and will probably say the percentage is much higher than the real number is the more you tap fire it. Idk but you could simply sort servers by ping and join the empty server with the highest ping Or try both solo and custom games, one might have diff loading time

Update, "BO2 Ultimate Overhaul Pack" has been renamed to "BO2 Overhaul Pack." Until I find a better name for now. Expect the newly announced hotfix to come within the next week! side note: it's not technically a hotfix anymore since instead of fixing the problem, I instead added a bigger sound/texture update.
