I don't believe it's possible.
All I know is that to disable blood you would need to disable "Graphic Content" which is an option only accessible from the Black Ops 2 campaign screen.
If there is a way (even if it isn't easy to do by an average user), I'd like to know.

You could use the "CTRL + F" method to find the dds file but it's called

I was attempting to apply the skins and I found out it wasn't working.
I checked the files again only to see this iwi file "_-gc_zom_player_enginner_c.iwi"
Instead of "~-gc_zom_player_enginner_c.iwi"
Just saying that if it's possible in the future, to avoid issue. Could you possibly rename your texture files to have the "tilde" key instead of leaving the underscore?
Or is this just a bug with my computer where I have to rename specific iwi files and others work fine. Hopefully this also solves b r a y problem.

hindercanrun That options menu looks too sick/fire. It'll probably be experimental to use "Unlock All" mid-game but that's besides the point. All in all, I still like the layout.
I believe the options are the same, they're just in separate tabs (the "GAME" options though looks promising).
@Ballfondler2-0 If you mean like an icon that can show in the game as a Black Ops 2 image mod, yeah that's def possible
If you're asking me to revive these icons and perks into the actual game then yea, I could do that.

As far as I know, the "Mods" option is available on the Black Ops 2 start screen. My question however is: How should mods be entered?
IOW, how do you import what mod you want, and what kind of mods are supported?

Late on this topic, but I believe the annoying bar is the weird "Welcome to Purgatory/Mod" thing that shows on the bottom of your screen. And it usually scrolls with a nonstop tutorial on how to use the menu itself.
