Recent updates breaking demos.void hora I researched this some today and unfortunately there isn't any good news. I'll try and touch on both why loading demos after mod support doesn't work on redacted anymore as well as why any old demo no longer works on pluto either.
The same concept applies to both breaks. With mod support there had to be changes in the data that is shared between a client and server when connecting and playing. There is more information needed to make sure that the mod is loaded and everything is set up. These load sequences are very dumb, in that they just read data in order and if there is something new that it wasn't expecting it can't handle it. If you didn't know, demos are just a saved stream of these messages to play back again. This is the cause for the redacted crash. We add more information to this message and redacted can't handle it.
Similarly, if the game expects information in these messages and its not there it crashes as well. This is the case for why old demos no longer work on plutonium. In this more recent update, there was a patch necessary for a part of mods to work correctly on dedicated servers. This required us to add more information to the messages shared between client and server. These old demos would not have this additional information and the game fails to handle it.
Due to the way the game and these messages work, it's basically impossible to handle multiple different message sequences. This is why with breaking updates, we require server owners to update their server to show up on the list. Unfortunately this also applies to demos as well. We will discuss what is possible to do here, but in all likelihood we will not be able to support demos across breaking versions. Any new demos that are created should work as expected in plutonium, but going forward there will not be any way to load demos into redacted.

(I am trying to play the game on the LAN mode, already have a scripts/mp and zm folder and that .gsc was pre-compiled/compiled when i downloaded it so i didn't compile it again.
It's possible the script you are using simply has errors in it and that's why I can't load. The more likely scenario is because it was compiled with GSC Studio. That tool compiles scripts differently from the compiler we provide here and can generally cause issues with the game loading scripts. If at all possible I would recommend getting the source code to that mod and recompiling with the provided compiler

There is very very basic information here in our documentation. Outside of that, the best way to learn is to download sources to gsc mods online and try your best to understand them.

I just got BO2 plutonium and it works almost flawlessly. But I noticed that the game feels a bit unresponsive and it felt like I didnt have full control of my aim on my controller but, I knew right away that this was because the stick minimum input threshold better known as "deadzone" was placed at a very high setting. But that's when I ran into the first problem with this discovery. I don't know for sure but either all of the plutonium commands in the game switch back to default after every game or this command in particular resets every time a new map loads up. This is frustrating because every game I get into I have to type in the same command for the game to feel right. This was fine even though I wished that it would just save the setting I want it to be but not a huge deal. But, then I joined a competitive server with an anti-cheat on it and the command would get denied if I tried it as it was considered "cheating." Now every game I get into I cant even set the deadzone I want to play on because I joined that one game with the anti-cheat on it. So after that longs story I want to know this:
Is there anyway that this command can be taken off the anti-cheat? I'd argue that this command isn't cheating and is just a preference that every player can take advantage of if they desire.Is there a way I can use this command again or am I permanently unauthorized to use it anymore?
Is it possible to allow these types of commands to be saved from game to game so those like me don't have to type it in every game?
And finally, is there something I am unaware of that makes this entire post pointless?

They cannot be changed currently because the dvars are cheat-protected. Which is a way of saying that the game wasn't meant to be able to change them in normal servers. This can probably be changed though to allow those dvars to be changed to user configurable values as I do agree this will not give any player a competitive edge over the others
As for the 0.2 being the default value, it is set to that because it is also the default value on Xbox.
I can't promise this change will come, but we will at the very least discuss it

I'll just stop playing if I have to go as far to make my own server.The demand for it far outgrew the requests to keep it out. While we are and always will be open to tweaking values to make the competition more fair, we will not make adjustments solely on "I don't like it", "Its too strong", etc etc

However, now I would like to add a precompiled .gsc file to remove fog in maps as well. How do I go about adding this second .gsc file? Of course I can't call it _clientids.gsc as well.

MW3 GSCs Not Loadinganotherpxrson Depending on what you are doing in the GSC it makes sense that it doesn't work. There are some language features (can't really remember any specifically) that Infinity Loader added in to the syntax of the language. Without posting the script itself there's no way anyone is going to be able to help you.

I've tried using 000webhosting(free) and Interserver(paid). On both occations made a mods folder inside their public_html/www folder respectively, and copy pasted the url in the sv_wwwBaseURL. It's trying to download, but then encounters this:

aka: no map found/downloaded
I do know I followed the Instructions correctly in the Dedicated Server Guide. I tried it with profreehosting before this, and the files did get downloaded. They just got corrupt as the size limit on profreehosting was 10MB...
Now 3 providers and over 20 hours of headache later: does anybody know a webserver provider that actually works with this?

I don't know what the solution is to your problem, but I do know that the web hosting provider isn't the problem. It looks like the game is trying to load a fastfile that is not included in the mod download. I've never set up a T4 server before so I don't know what's wrong with your setup, but its not because of the web hoster

The reason this does not work is because of the nature of
sv_cheats
. When you change it to 1 it allows you to edit any dvars like you want. The problem is when you change it back to 0, the game also goes through every single cheat protected dvar and resets those as well. So the only way to have a cheat-protected dvar stay modified is to leave sv_cheats at 1.Your other option would be to create a server plugin in c++ that removes the cheat protection on the specific dvars you want for your server. But that is a lot more complicated, and not something that I am going to explain here

If you would like to use cheats or modify the game in any way would must launch the game in LAN mode from the launcher. This will disable the anti-cheat, but you also won't be able to join servers unless you relaunch in normal mode. If you do not use LAN mode you will be banned by the anti-cheat
