Probably your windows defender is blocking plutonium, you have to go into your antivirus settings (if you are using mc afee unistall that) and add plutonium to your exception.

Yes, what you downloaded from torrent inìs the entire game. I advice you to move that folder into

C:/Games

(if you don't have, create it), and to rename the folder from the torrent name to "Call Of Duty Black Ops 2". Plutonium should now recognize automatically the game, if not you know the path.

Try deleting all the plutonium.exe and downlaod this

That's a problem with your Torrent client or with your modem that's blocking the port for Torrent. Try using Qbitorrent and if it's not working, you have to disable firewall on your modem (or open the torrents port by finding which port your torrent client use)

peinate Plutonium doesn't support windows 7, aswell neither Microsoft supports anymore Windows 7. For your own security, upgrade to Windows 10.

What do you mean with "verify"?
If you mean to verify your mail after singing up, you can find that in your email provider (check both spam and promotions, aswell of important mail).

I imagine that if you're opening plutonium you have already downloaded the game base file, so i think you can find it in the download folder.
Anyway, check the install guide and also the FAQ.

You can just download two different base game files, one remains in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common

and the other one wherever you want.

Windows 7 in not supported by plutonium.
Also, if you're using Windows 7, your last problem is to have BO2 woking, since also Microsoft stopped maintain that. Upgrade to Windows 10 for your own security.

Try using this steps:

• download the torrent file and open it in the torrent client of your choice https://dss0.cc/alterwarez/download/pluto_t6_full_game.torrent

• as download location select your bo2 game folder

• deselect "create subfolder/keep top level folder" (very important)

• start the download

Piry is actually offline atm, you have to download the game basefile from steam or use the torrent findable here

Check from your gpu manufacter's software if the game is using your integrated card or the dedicated.
