Plutonium does not provide the coop/survival/coop mode, only the multiplayer mode.
You can do one of these:

• Play it on Steam (unsure about online being secure, probably fine in a private game with a friend you can trust)
• Find another client that supports it
• (for survival mode only) Use Plutonium and load a mod that tries to recreate a similar experience to the survival mode experience such as this one or this one (seems to be US servers only, no download provided)

If you get banned for using smokes I can tell you simply talking to them will very likely not make them suddenly reconsider. Some servers just ban anything they dislike, they're just bad servers.

This means most of the custom maps code are not written with this in mind and therefore they will have bugs on dedicated servers that cannot be fixed without rewriting their code

The map name has to be the result of the mapname dvar in the console, which can also be the correct .ff file's name in the map's folder

You can very easily implement your own chat command in my chat commands script, if you have a script/plugin whatever to set clantags already
