SirMenter you should port forward. uPnP is basically automatic port forward but it doesn't work for everyone

Delete plutonium.exe and plutonium.new.exe and download a new copy of the launcher here: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
Then place the new exe anywhere you want: on your desktop or in your game files folder for example and run it.
The update process will start and you won't have anything more to do next times, only run plutonium.exe and it'll automatically update

Abrikot if you're using your Steam files then go on your Steam library > Black Ops II > right click > Properties > Language.
If you're using the torrent then either buy the game or find the language files yourself.

Wikipedyalite maybe you're joining an hardcore mode server or a server that has disabled hud? I think there's an option to disable it on your game too make sure you didn't disable the hud. Last thing you can do is try to repair your game.

possaaa that's not what the Server Hosting is for but you could try to take a look at the FAQ (ctrl+f search "server").
This could be an issue with your router or firewall or your antivirus firewall

takodaa the root folder is the start of the folder. For example the root of C:\Games\Black Ops II is C:\Games\Black Ops II. The root of C:\Games\Black Ops II\players is C:\Games\Black Ops II etc. that's the context, in a way.

@Waseko Plutonium doesn't have matchmaking. You'll have to use the server list. If you wanna play vanilla BO2 you can either find a server, create one or create custom games with other people.
