Sorex well the thing is its hella annoying when youre actually in the server cuz it spamms the killfeed + he does it at a rate where its impossible for an 18th guy to join since hes the 18th. That must, in some form, be against the TOS of pluto was my way of thinking

Sorex if it wasnt for multiple hours i would consider that possibility. He is still doing it as we speak

So he is obviously already banned but he fills up the entire killfeed because he joins 1-2 times per second. He does this for multiple hours. Im guessing its a bot at this point

edit: (23h later) he managed to gather 4k+ connections, so definitely a bot

afaik you only get banned from the launcher if you injected any sort of cheat / used cheatengine to modify the game in the ONLINE mode. So you mustve done something

seoane_10 thats weird, what you described fits the uncapped fps issue 1:1, may you try it with /com_maxfps 144 ?

cap your fps to 240 or lower. Use /com_maxfps 240 in the console

tengaku0493 is the CMD window still running or does that close itself too? If not a staff gave me the tip to run r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart in the cmd window, that sorta fixed it for me

are u getting any error or does it just close itself?

and the vcredist?

you should install DirectX and vcredist in the "Redist" folder in your mw3 main directory

if you start pluto through steam you should get a working controller in-game

zaid your game being on max settings shouldnt be the cause. Your gpu is powerfull enough for this old game. If youre fine with low settings you can leave it at that but trying out each option, then playing to see what exactly the culprit is would be helpfull. Then you dont have to sacrifice quality

my experience with windowed is rather bad, id suggest changing it to fullscreen. Thats the first thing u can change that would make a difference without much troubleshooting

Xerxes well sadly the performance isnt good enough on dx9. My server evolves around having stable 333. Would u know any other solutions? If not i guess imma just return it again sooner or later

So i recently switched to a 6900xt and lo and behold what they said about dx9 games was true, cant seem to get stable 333 on any of the pluto games. So now i tried to find fixes for the poor performance and stumbled upon DXVK. The only issue now is since pluto is being used to start the games i cant manage to get DXVK to work, the games are still in dx9.

Any recommendations or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

make sure to set an exception for plutonium.exe in your anti virus software or turn it off

HannesC Yes the latest nvidia drivers are installed after performing a wipe with DDU. Would there be any other way to troubleshoot this problem? Or forcing logs that i could share
