Both rank and perma-perks save in Dedicated Servers, you just can't obtain them there. Easter Eggs though, I don't know

codfan2020 IW5 doesn't have bots. It's possible to patch in test clients which are dumb bots that don't move or shoot. But I doubt time will be allocated to add ai.

Guess it's time for me to finally buy that game eh
