could it be that ur leaning the stick to far in the forward diagonal, meaning u cant sprint sideways so it stops your sprint, try walking more forward in the direction you are looking see if that is the problem

For private match you could use this for bots (no idea if it has a teleport function): https://github.com/ineedbots/piw5_bot_warfare, no idea about noclip, don't think there is a mod that does just that.

@HannesC Yes the latest nvidia drivers are installed after performing a wipe with DDU. Would there be any other way to troubleshoot this problem? Or forcing logs that i could share
