No installing DX9 won't work, xinput1_4 is only shipped with Win10 and not the older OS's. VultureAid You're on an unsupported OS, upgrade to win10.

Also regarding to adding exceptions, if you're having McAffee, adding it to exclusions won't work. Even disabling it won't work, you gotta uninstall that shit.

Does any message appear or is it only at 137%? This particular file is one of the largest, so it’s normal to stay on that number for a while (it usually doesn’t crash, it just takes a while to download)

You're simply getting a false positive. Do be sure to make an exception for plutonium and do not worry about AppCore.dll
