Try adding pluto to exclusions, delete %localappdata%/Plutonium and try launching pluto again.

Does any message appear or is it only at 137%? This particular file is one of the largest, so it’s normal to stay on that number for a while (it usually doesn’t crash, it just takes a while to download)

You're simply getting a false positive. Do be sure to make an exception for plutonium and do not worry about AppCore.dll

@Loose_Cannon delete both launcher files, restart your pc and try it with this one afterwards: http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe

.It's not stuck it's still downloading stuff. If you wanna double check, open task manager and look at piry's network usage.
