Ok friend @Dss0 thank you very much for your sincerity with your answers you have helped me a lot these days I really appreciate it, I already have installed the "EsetNod32" that you recommended to me and I am going to test if Plutonium works for me, thank you very much really . All the conversations I have had with you have been using Google Translate since I speak Spanish and I don't know much English. Thank you.
Turns out he had literally Windows 10.0, first build lmao. It's all good now, we managed to update it (after a long session of troubleshooting, he was getting a ton of different errors when trying to update normally. MCT and Upgrade this computer did it for him), and Plutonium was successfully installed! Thanks for the help!
Is that win7 or win8.1? Windows 7 isn't supported anymore, upgrade to Windows 10. However, if you're on 8.1, try installing this http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=863276

Yeah Pluto stores client files in %localappdata%/Plutonium but since you're running it for the first time and failing, hence it hasn't downloaded any files in there yet.
@talhabutt Try installing this http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=863265 and what antivirus do you use? If its just defender, follow this video whereas if its some other trash AV such as McAffee, Avast, etc uninstall them.
@Ugoh Install these 3 things:

https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

spamming the forum won't get you help faster btw.
