Check your account info, you should see an email history with your email in it, if you do have an email address assigned.

PS: I wasn't using any kind of modified file on my pc. Only the regular bo2 with no additional .dll or that kind of stuff

Javonezzt39 Do you have the latest versions of Launcher? or do you even have an internet connection, try checking your connection or your firewalls which may be blocking Plutonium requests.

Try Proton VPN. If you happen to be from Costa Rica, I’ve had 3 people from there confirm that using a VPN bypasses this error for them.

I can't sign in too, when I try it to, one issue appear in the screen and its said "An issue occurred when logging in."
