I just found the solution... And for those of you that dont know much about file .exes, i found a very easy solution to this issue. Just connect to your mobile device and download the update and then just run plutonium with your wifi as usual. I guess its the same process the moment there is a new update. It will be a little slow but gets the stress of looking around for solutions.

or just connect to your mobile device thru internet sharing and you get it fixed, then you connect to your wifi and then ur good.

Try changing your DNS-server to Cloudflare's or try Cloudflare WARP.

@AL-09 you have a connection issue to the update server... changing something about your connection will fix this. (vpn, warp, dns change, hotspot, etc)

@Xerxes , Downloaded CloudFlare WARP and it worked, thank you very much mate I also wonder why my ISP would be problematic for Plutonium only and not anything else ?
